Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
GAC has extensive experience in conducting TNA’s for civilian and military clients. We look at each aspect of an operational domain so that the initial skills, concepts and attitudes of the human elements of a system can be effectively identified and appropriate training can be specified. Our TNA approach covers the following key items:
- Review of current training
- Task analysis (of new or modified system)
- Identification of training gap
- Statement of training requirement
- Assessment of training options
- Cost benefit analysis of training options

Flexible Blended Training Solutions
As part of product development or tests and evaluation programs, GAC can establish the proper training program necessary to complete delivery of a product to its clients’ customers. GAC can design and implement asynchronous integrated training solutions that can permit customers to conduct individual or group training, irrespective of location.
