GAC’s business development services have helped clients succeed in new markets all over the world.
One of our main strengths comes from our trusted network of industry leaders.
The use of sound project management principals is essential if this program is to succeed. To this end, GAC employs the PM principals developed by the Project management Institute (PMI) As defined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) in addition to the experience gained from managing million dollar programs in government and industry.
GAC also has experience working with Earned Value Management (EVM). EVM is an effective approach to measuring level of effort against productivity that gives the PM the tool to make timely decisions. EVM combines measurements of technical performance (i.e., accomplishment of planned work), schedule performance (i.e., behind/ahead of schedule), and cost performance (i.e., under/over budget) within a single integrated methodology.
When properly applied, EVM provides an early warning of performance problems. Additionally, EVM promises to improve the definition of project scope, prevent scope creep, communicate objective progress to stakeholders, and keep the project team focused on achieving progress. This will ensure that the implementation of this system will deliver a product that not only meets the stated requirements but also will do so within the mandated scope, schedule and quality.
For all projects, GAC will produce a Project Management Plan that will detail how the program will be managed in accordance with these principles.
GAC has experience managing complex military programs using the following process:
