Keith Gladstone is the President of Gladstone Aerospace Corporation (GAC). In that capacity, he provides business development, business strategic planning, flight test certification, operational requirements services to the agencies, both government and industry. Prior to forming his own company, Keith was responsible for business development (BD) for CAE Inc, a major aerospace simulation firm based in Montreal. In that capacity, Keith dealt with all aspects of the business spectrum to include business development, customer relations, financial management, new business proposals and program management. Prior to his BD role at CAE, Keith was responsible for managing a $186 Million CAE contract involving the delivery of twenty-eight visual flight simulation systems to a European customer.

Before working at CAE Inc, Keith put his qualification as graduate of the Empire Test Pilot’s School in the United Kingdom to work as the Director of Business Planning for three years at the National Test Pilot School (NTPS), an aerospace company in California.

Keith has over thirty years of extensive experience in the military aerospace industry during which he was directly responsible for operations involving multi-million dollar assets and the management of associated resources and personnel.  This included time spent in the Canadian Air Force.  His last position was as the chief test pilot for the Air Force at the Aerospace Engineering and Test Establishment (AETE) in Cold Lake Alberta. As a qualified experimental test pilot, Keith Gladstone has over twenty (20) years experience leading and conducting operational and engineering and flight test programs.

Keith is a graduate of Royal Roads Military College and  the University of Redlands in California, where he completed a Masters of Business Administration degree.
